    Aerocall Rapid Trouble Ticket System is an easy and fast way for customers and suppliers to identify and report issues affecting their traffic with Aerocall.
    Using this web based tool, customers can submit online trouble tickets to Aerocall's Network Operations Center and ensure that accurate information is inserted directly into Aerocall's support systems. The ability to add, modify and follow up the requests both by the customer and NOC ensure rapid resolution to any network issues.

    Termination suppliers use Aerocall’s Rapid Rate to modify prices they currently offer to Aerocall.
    This tool automatically compares customer requests with policies set by Aerocall's sales team and updates the rate tables that Aerocall offers to its originating carrier customers.

    Aerocall Rapid CDR provides customers and suppliers with timely and convenient online access to the current and historical CDR files that are collected by Aerocall.
    Many customers and affiliates use this data to bill end users and to forecast budgets. The report can be exported to any database in the market enabling the customer or supplier to run their own queries in their convenient environment.
