Aerocall CallExchange
The CallExchange enables all types of switched and VoIP carriers as well as entrepreneurs interested in building a pre/post-paid origination business to connect to a multinational worldwide calling card platform with access numbers spanning the globe. Aerocall joined forces with Billinglabs and created a robust central Radius billing system that enables companies to connect to the central platform and instantly create revenue.

In today’s economy companies are seeking an inexpensive and top of the line billing solution. Aerocall met these needs by creating the CallExchange system enabling companies to connect to the CallExchange with or without a physical location (POP); and to start marketing calling cards and PINless dialing either via dial-in PSTN, IP Gateways, or VoIP phones.

CallExchange provides the hosted billing solution and customer management system, termination of minutes, technical expertise, and 24/7 customer support. By becoming an affiliate on CallExchange, half your work is done for you already. Dozens of companies have already joined the CallExchange; which benefits you with an extensive list of access numbers using ANI/Caller-ID authentication and IP access.

The math is easy – use one of our affiliates existing PSTN access numbers or VoIP access and there is ZERO investment on your part; or, if you decide to build your own access point (POP) for a small investment, you can earn commissions on other affiliates customers when they use your access number.

Aerocall Web Call
WebCall is an application that enables customers to dial directly from their computer via an Active-X application embedded in a website. WebCall was developed due to the demands for a soft VoIP phone that doesn't require local installations on the computer - such as at Internet Cafe's which do not let their customers install software on their computers.

Using the WebCall application customers of CallExchange can place international phone calls from any computer connected to the internet with a microphone and speakers – all without needing to install software on the computer.

Aerocall IVR System
Today’s IVR systems can be found in stand-alone platforms, switches, or embedded in some VoIP gateways. Aerocall in partnership with BOScom developed a no-comprise IVR system integrated into BOScom’s VoIP Gateways.

The IVR system is based on Radius technology like many VoIP gateways, but with full flexibility to provide multiple applications, languages, and authentication methods from one piece of hardware. This solution has enabled Aerocall to deploy a flexible and cost effective solution to provide any of the services Aerocall offers at any of its POP’s.

Aerocall IP Access
IP phones are now set to become standard communications devices in business environments—the convergence of voice and data networks is driving this.

Already, many leading corporations have implemented Voice over IP technology on their internal networks. That represents huge savings in long distance calls.

A VoIP solution includes a range of equipment: At the front-end there are IP phones and small gateways while at the back-end, you have voice-enabled switches, routers and bigger VoIP gateways.

The main problem is the VoIP switches that enable you to connect to the universe and the billing for those calls, and that is where Aerocall once again fill this hole and developed a billing for a Transit Softswitch that enable her customers billing like any other PrePaid customer using an IP Phone and/or gateways.

Customers can either chose PSTN access or IP Access according to there immediate needs.
